The American Red Cross is one of the premier providers of classes and widely accepted by licensing and governing entities across the United States. First Aid, CPR, AED classes are offered in both a fully in-person format and a blended learning format, which presents some information online and then must be followed by an in-person skills session.

HSI First Aid | CPR AED reflects the latest resuscitation science and treatment recommendations published by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), and it conforms with the 2020 AHA for CPR and ECC and the annual Guidelines Update. Basic First Aid course helps students develop basic first aid knowledge, skills, and the confidence to respond.
Intended for individuals who are not healthcare providers or professional rescuers but desire, or are required, to be certified in basic emergency medical care.
